Returns & Exchanges

At Activation Products, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include any luxury packaging or dust bags that were provided with your order.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
